More strength and mobility less injuries


During athletic training, I teach all the sub-components that are necessary for performance in the respective sport, from the right sprint technique to strength, speed, mobility and coordination training.

In 2019 I was an athletic trainer at the SV Wienerberg 1921 Football club. I was responsible for the youth teams U13-U18.

Further I sometimes help out at the SV Wienerwald football club.

I also constantly supervise athletes in mountain bike downhill and enduro sports.
